Highly successful Motel owner/operators, Steve and Leesa Collins, are back at it again ! They’ve recently purchased the Edward Parry Motel in Tamworth and will bring their vast experience and extremely high service levels with them, as owner/operators once more.  With many family members, friends and connections within the Tamworth area, the Aussie couple intend utilising their vast network of contacts to grow the Edward Parry Motel into an even more successful business.

The Edward Parry Motel and Apartments in Tamworth is a 4-star rated accommodation and offers our Guests a stay that is clean, comfortable, quiet and represents outstanding value-for-money. Friendly, personal communication with Guests is always provided and we receive many, many repeat bookings due to our top-notch service for them.

Our accommodation options include either our very large motel rooms (with a variety of bedding configurations) or self-contained 2-bedroom apartments. The rooms and apartments have all been refurbished to an excellent standard and are suitable for either the corporate Guest, and/or leisure travellers, looking for top quality motel accommodation in Tamworth.  We have one motel room which provides Disabled Access.

Our Guests can enjoy super-fast NBN powered Wi-Fi across the complete property and all rooms contain the latest technology Smartcast SMART TV’s, along with incredibly comfortable pillowtop beds, which earn high praise from our Guests.

Carparking is out the front of each room and the spaces are above average size.  For added peace of mind, the whole complex is under 24/7 external security camera coverage. There are also options for larger/longer vehicles to park on-street directly out the front of the motel.

Our Motel is conveniently located within a short distance to many of the venues used over the annual Tamworth Country Music Festival.  We are also very close to The Big Golden Guitar, Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre (AELEC), Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre (TRECC), Tamworth Regional Sporting Complex, Tamworth Indoor Sporting Centre, Tamworth Sports Dome, South Tamworth Bowling Club along with being positioned diagonally opposite a shopping complex which contains businesses such as a bottle shop, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, pizza/kebab shop, Indian restaurant and a laundromat.

Our Facilities

Guests staying at the Edward Parry Motel and Apartments are welcome to relax in/around our swimming pool during the warmer months. The adjacent outdoor entertaining area includes a dining setting along with a gas BBQ for Guests’ usage.  The pool/entertaining area has our super-quick NBN powered Wi-Fi coverage, as do all of our rooms and apartments.

Within our designated Guest laundry facility is a washing machine as well as a dryer, that are both free of charge.  An outside clothesline is also available.

Carparking is directly outside all rooms and is asphalt-based.  Car spaces are larger than average, thereby catering to a greater variety of vehicles.  All external areas of the complex are covered by 24/7 external security cameras, including the car parks.

For those Guests keen for some exercise, we have an exclusive corporate agreement with 360 Fitness Club in Tamworth.  This arrangement allows those staying at the Edward Parry Motel and Apartments to gain full access to all facilities including gym, fitness classes, 25 metre indoor heated pool as well as their child minding creche.  All of this is at no charge to our Guests and is valid 7 days a week.
