Best place in Tamworth. Friendly staff, great rate for 3 nights. Room was fresh, spotless, great decor, a bath, fluffy towels, well stocked and the best bed I've ever slept in.

Overnight stay on business trip. Cannot fault this motel as the accommodation and friendly welcome is always first class. Good location and quiet which is a priority when a good night’s sleep is required. Apartment Units have a washing machine which is very handy when travelling.
I have stayed at the Edward Perry Motel in Tamworth multiple times, and it never disappoints. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a great range at very reasonable prices.
It's truly a gem with that wonderful small-town service that makes you feel at home. I can't recommend this place highly enough – it will always be my first choice whenever I need to stay in Tamworth.

Excellent Excellent… I stay at the Edward Parry for business every 8 weeks it is a hidden gem. Friendly hosts, cleanest of rooms and quiet. I missed out on staying here for a couple of nights this trip and gee did I realise how great The Edward Parry Motel is.

Fantastic room - large, queen bed, couch, small dining table and desk, plus bathtub in bathroom.
It was exceptionally clean, affordable and the owner or manager was lovely to deal with.
Bed was really comfy, towels were fluffy and shower was lovely and hot.
Truly fantastic accommodation, especially for the price!!
We stayed about five nights! Every day we got new towels and soaps and it was so so clean! And if you wanted new sheets everyday that was an option too! ❤️
